- We offer 50% discount on a new wheel or thru axle (excluding hub).
- The crash replacement service is limited to the first owner and to damages that compromise the functionality of the hub and wheels.
- The crash replacement is valid over a period of 10 years after the date of purchase.
- We reserve the right to withhold this service if we ascertain that the damage has been caused purposefully or it is only cosmetic damage.
- When you make use of the crash replacement service, your damaged, irreparable item passes into our ownership. We decide whether you have to ship them back to us or not.
- It is not possible to change to a different type of wheels. In case models are out of stock, we offer a comparable alternative at a 50% discount.
