Warranty procedure

Purchasing a Classified Powershift system is an investment, and we guarantee your purchase to be free from defects and issues. When faced with a faulty item, it's essential to understand how to request warranty service efficiently. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to request warranty service and provide tips on effectively contacting your local dealer.

1. Understanding your warranty

Before reaching out to your local dealer, it's crucial to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your warranty.

2. Explore our troubleshooting guide

Before you submit a warranty claim, we advise you to look at our troubleshooting guide. A lot of issues are due to incorrect installation or originate from another defect on the bike

The troubleshooting guide will often help you identify the specific component or system within the Classified product that may be causing the issue. This information is needed when filling out the warranty request form.

3. Contact your local dealer or distributor

Your local dealer or distributor will check if the problem can be solved immediately. If this is not the case, Classified will provide a replacement under the warranty terms & conditions.

Before contacting your local dealer or distributor, gather the original receipt or proof of purchase and the product's serial number if you are able to find it. If not, your dealer will be able to assist you with this.

Find your local dealer in our dealer locator.

Contact your dealer to schedule an appointment.

4. Submit an online request

In addition to traditional methods of contacting your local dealer, an increasingly popular and convenient option is to contact Classified directly in case of problems.

After checking the warranty terms & conditions and troubleshooting guide you can submit an online warranty request. We will need the serial number of your product, a clear description of the problem, illustrated with pictures or videos and the original proof of purchase.
