The pairing process was unsuccessful, what can I do?

In the unlikely event that pairing the Classified thru axle with SHIMANO Di2 didn't work, you can try the following:

- Check if the derailleur or D-fly unit is in pairing mode. For Shimano 11-speed Di2 the red and green LEDs will then flash alternately, indicating it's in BluetoothLE pairing mode. For Shimano 12-speed the LED on the rear derailleur is blinking blue.

- Check if you have a stable internet connection.

- Turn off Bluetooth and remove the components from the app. You will first have to remove them from the bike, before you can remove them from the app.

- Close the Classified Cycling app.

- Enable Bluetooth again.

- Open the Classified Cycling app again.

- Re-start the pairing procedure: How to pair the smart thru-axle to SHIMANO Di2 11-speed or How to pair the smart thru-axle to SHIMANO Di2 12-speed
