Factory Service procedure for B2B customers


You can request the Classified Factory Service through the button below. You will need the serial number of the hub to schedule the service. You can find instructions to find the serial number here.

Classified Certified dealers have pitstop hubs available to avoid down time for their customers. This pitstop hub can be used as a temporary replacement hub, while the customer's hub is shipped to Classified for service.


Once we receive your service request we will schedule it and send you a confirmation. In this e-mail you will find the below instruction video again and also a pre-paid shipping label to send us the hub. Please don't forget to add the packing slip to the package. Please do not send any accessories with the hub as we can't be held responsible for possible loss of these extra parts.


You will get a notification e-mail when the hub arrives at our headquarters. We will service the hub and you will receive another e-mail with an invoice. Once this invoice has been paid, we will send back the hub. If you have other payment agreements with us, the service invoice will follow these same agreements. We are committed to keeping this service procedure as short as possible and guarantee a throughput time of 5 business days, from the moment the hub arrives in our head quarters, until it is shipped out again*.


You will receive a track&trace link to follow the return shipment. Install the hub back in the bike and enjoy the ride! 


Starting from the service date, your customer receives one year of warranty on this service.
