When receiving your Classified thru axle and handlebar unit or ring shifter you have to update them to the latest firmware before installation, using the Classified App. This firmware update is critical to ensure all components run on the latest software and can be paired and used correctly. Products running on different software versions can possibly not be paired before installing the firmware upgrade. In case of problems with the firmware upgrade or in the pairing process, please check our FAQ and instructions on our website and our user manual.
