When the connection between your handlebar unit/ ringshifter and you thru axle is lost, and the regular pairing instructions don't seem to work, please have a look at the instructions below.

It can be necessary to remove all devices from your Classified app.
Now try adding your devices to the app again. It is important to start with your thru axle before connecting your handlebar unit. |
