Troubleshooting for ringshifter

Malfunction	Cause	Rectification	How?
Ringshifter feels grainy and.or is not charging.	Dirt got stuck inside.	Clean the ringshifter.	Use a dry cloth to clean the ringshifter and remove all dirt.
Ringshifter gets stuck, does not move back to neutral position.	The ring shifter is mounted too close to the brake lever or dropper post lever.	Ring shifter should be able to move freely up and down.	When installing the ringshifter we recommend to leave 4mm of spacing on the left and right side of the ringshifter.
Ringshifter looses pairing	Ringshifter gets stuck and as a consequence the bonds between the ringshifter and the thru axle are cleared.	Clean the ringshifter.	Use a dry cloth to clean the ringshifter and remove all dirt.
